The aim of the project is to provide the means whereby the members of clubs and individuals who use Acorn computers can meet on line and discuss topics of mutual interest. And in the developing the project SARC will be working in association with the Welwyn & Hatfield Computer Group (WHCC).
Unlike existing channels such as #acorn and #argonet which appear to cater primarily for social chat, the new #SARC and #WHCC channels will be devoted to serious discussion aimed at establishing and maintaining interaction between the various clubs and individuals who are users of Acorn machines. And to that end we hope to arrange for "guests" to come on line to talk, and answer questions, about their hardware/software products.
The details of the sessions are as follows :
Server : wolfchat.org
